What Does Vertigo Exactly Feel Like?

Okay so i have been suffering with panic attacks for a little over 3 years now, due to a bad drug effect havn't been right since. Anyways im 17 male and suffer from panic disorder and i might have vertigo too, i was just wonder if there are any specific vertigo symptoms, like when i go in stores any stores i feel like my legs are about to sink into the floor and it really brings on my anxiety big time is this feeling vertigo or what?
