Was she trying to get something out of me all along?

last year I came across this girl who had a crush on me... she is the sister of my god brother's business secretary so she found me in FB after noticing me in my god brother's friends list. OK everything was cool for months, we build a a few chemistry and shared a few secrets. she told me that she was 25 years old(I was 23 at that time), but we didn't let our age interfere. But one day she confessed to me that she has 2 kids and this really aggravated me because she told me this so late out of the blue and on top of that she told me the oldest of the 2 was 14 years old(which means she was lying about her being 25, obviously). after this, I started feeling cynical towards her, and this made our little relationship plummet little by little. but I decide to keep talking to her after despite I was no longer that interested in her. but this year she started acting a little shady as I noticed she no longer is showing interest in me as she recently been ignoring me 25% of the times, wasn't as friendly as she was in the start, and would get offended every time I would joke around with her. so last month I got fed up with her and put my feelings to sleep and told her that I never gonna talk to her again, and she reacted like if I was joking or as she didn't care. so I kept my promise, and the next day I deleted her from my FB. this was a month ago, and till today I Haven't heard from her in, she hasn't tried friending me back, hasn't send me a personal massage to see what happen or nothing... so those this mean she was trying to use me for something? cause if she really did had feelings for me, wouldn't she tried to get in touch with me again? to see what happen or something
