What are some accurate or innacurate things about The Day After Tomorrow?

1) Probable not THAT drastic. I live in Kansas City (middle of the country) and I have had winters where monday morning it is 70+/- and by 6pm it has dropped to low 40s. By tuesday it is snowing and by wednesday night we have 8 to 9 inch of snow.....2) We already have storm systems that have covered 90% of the US, but it takes them time to form. Take a look at large hurricanes, large ones can be 400 to 500 miles across. Look at the movie the perfect storm, based on true events.
