Samsung 40" T.V. Picture Quality Plummeted.?

So the coloring is off on your cable programming? It may be a sign of cables going bad. I remember an old DVD player I used to have. If you rotated the cables while they were attached to the TV, it would change the hue. Crazy stuff.
