Need some advice on a specific phobia?
I have anxiety I've had it for about 3-4 years. I just recently in the last 2 months started seeing a therapist . Basically from what I've learned is it is in your head . You panic about panicing and panic even more . I have anxiety to people I feel like I'm going to get really dizzy and pass out. Restaurants because what if I choke and people see me . Stores what if I have a heart attack and people are watching .well just bout everywhere . Best advice I can give you is to tell you your not alone with your anxiety and chances are you won't choke . Try to talk your self out of the attack before it happens .
