Name the problems that would occur if the government stopped spending money into social security and the like?

Most Hospitals would go under, food would rot on the shelves, family's would steal together, rich would be overly rich, the rich would take their money and leave the country, shanty town's would be more wide spread, People would snap and shoot more politicians, like the shooting in Arizona, extreamly less jobs, causing large companies to fail because less money would be around for the general public to pay for. Food production companies would gain stock value while everything else would plummet. Gold would rise to irrational levels then be kicked out of the stock exchange and sharply lose value. Riots would cause War from various other countries on american soil. Politicians would panic and fight their military help from other countries causing more blood shed. If people don't have anything to do they need money or a job that pays enough.
